Solving for: A firm with over 3 decades of a solid brand reputation, required to rebrand itself in a new avatar to be more relevant and palatable to its internal and external stakeholders. We launched a year-long program to study, determine, strategise and implement the brand rehaul.
Outcome
New identity in tow, the brand now boasts of renewed vigour in both its visual representation and intentional agility and action.
Old Firm, New to the Word of Law Firm Marketing
Solving for: A firm with a formidable and rich history, was penning down their marketing strategy. They were opening their minds and doors to the world of marketing for a noble profession that historically did not believe marketing! Riding the wave of change, they trusted us to align with their core principles of the practice and yet modernise their approach to adapt to the evolving practice of law.
Outcome: Having found a happy medium at the intersection of the old and new worlds, the firm is giving its audience just the right amount of information about itself, while staying to true their ethos of keeping it minimal.
New Jurisdictions During the Start-up Phase
Solving for: A start-up law firm, built on the foundation of a very ambitious Managing Partner decided to flirt with new jurisdictions for collaborations. We mapped these new jurisdictions, backed by intelligence and data suggesting strategy and meetings.
Outcome: Converting 40% of the meetings into referral or collaboration opportunities, the firm enjoyed phenomenal success. Beginner’s luck or clever strategy – may not be of material consequence
Building Process and People for a New Law Firm
Solving for: A relatively new law firm set up by founders from tier-1 firms who were bitten by the entrepreneurship bug. They understood the importance of a BD team from the word go. We were their outsourced marketing team, building processes, brainstorming ideas, mapping jurisdictions. After 5 years and growth in the number of partners, we hired for and set up a full-fledged BD team for the firm.
Outcome: Remembering our roles are consultants, acknowledging the need for moving the function in-house with the firm’s expanding needs, we enjoyed watching this client flourish.
