Over the next decade, she shaped her path through strategic roles—starting with search advisory at Rainmaker and Laurence Simmons, and later, business development at Vahura and AZB & Partners.
With a sharp eye for strategy and a flair for innovation, Neha helped law firms uncover and showcase their unique differentiators. Her work in marketing, communications, and training wasn’t just about profile building—it was about creating meaningful connections and driving growth. As her passion deepened, so did her belief that there was more to explore. At the intersection of a fulfilling career and an emerging idea, The Grey Matter was born – a venture sparked by purpose and fueled by possibility.
Today, as Founder, CEO, and Radical Stimulus at The Grey Matter, Neha leads with imagination and insight, pushing boundaries in business development, marketing, and training. The collective team journey has since grown to include The Deal Matter, a publication portal, and Mark My Matter, a tech-driven solution for law firms.
Outside of work, she is a mother, a trained singer who now enjoys world music, and a sustainability enthusiast who finds joy in forests and fresh perspectives.
